West Indies vs New Zealand 26th Match ICC T20 World Cup 2024

The West Indies and New Zealand are set to face off in Match 26 of the 2024 T20 World Cup, taking place in Group C at the Brian Lara Stadium. After securing victories against Papua New Guinea and Uganda, the West Indies are aiming for their third consecutive win.

Meanwhile, New Zealand will be playing their second game of the tournament, hoping to bounce back from a heavy 84-run defeat to Afghanistan. This exciting matchup is scheduled to start in Tarouba, Trinidad on Thursday, June 12th at 8:30 PM local time.

The West Indies have had a strong start, winning by five wickets and by 134 runs in their first two games. However, facing New Zealand is expected to be a more challenging test. If the West Indies play to their full potential, they stand a good chance of maintaining their unbeaten streak.

New Zealand, on the other hand, will be looking to recover from their disappointing performance against Afghanistan, which resulted in their largest losing margin in T20 World Cup history. Their batting lineup, in particular, struggled in that match, but they are likely to put up a much better fight in this game.
